Before asking for help

Check these first — they solve most issues:

1. Is the plugin enabled? Open the dashboard and check the toggle.
2. Does Ori have permissions? Check that Ori’s role has the required permissions in the relevant channel. See Permissions.
3. Is Ori’s role high enough? For role-related plugins, Ori’s role must be above the target roles in the hierarchy.
4. Check the plugin’s troubleshooting section. Every plugin page has a troubleshooting section with common fixes.

Bug reports

Found a bug? Message zacharox on Discord with:

• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Your server name (so it can be looked up if needed)
